Hi Vincent.
I believe that my source is "Bona Arseneault" but am not positive. It
was passed on to me by another person that I have lost contact with. it
is listed under ISAAC PESSELEY the husband of BARBE BAJOLET dite BAYOL
it gives the marriage date as 1641. It also indicates that he was a
"MARCHAND" from Piney, France and that he was killed April 17,1645
during an attack of a fort built by Charles de Latour at Jemseg, New
Brunswick. The attack was by the "gouveneur" Charles d'Aulnay. It doen't
say whether he was in the fort defending or in the attacking party.
there is a bit more on his widow if you do not have it.
Is Leopold Lanclot a published book? If so do you know where it is
available?
