Concerning Acadian Coats of Arms ...
Of course, there are probably no families that have a direct link to
crests, people often attach them anyway. The Universiti Sainte-Anne in
Nova Scotia has a wall with a number of "Acadian crests". Sixty of them
can be found at one of their web sites

There is none for the HEBERT surname, but you can find that crest (and
other variations) at my HEBERT site listed below.
