There are four NEUFCHATEL in France (in Normandy, near Le Mans, in the
Pas-de-Calais, or near Soissons) and it would help to have more details of the
region you mean. The name indicates an English or Dutch origin, so that could
point to NEUFCHATEL-EN-BRAY or NEUFCHATEL-HARDELOT, which are the most northern
towns of the four.
