Hello
I'm researching my relatives that came to Canada (B.C.) mid 1850's. Thier
names were Pierre Morens, Francoise Rey(my Ggrandparents) and more Rey
family members also came to Canada, Joseph Guichon and brothers, they first
came in search of gold in both California and B.C. but soon found it not
profitable and all became successful cattle ranchers. I'd love to find
relations in France. I also know that all these families came from the
Savoie and Haute -Savoie region of France. Gruffaz is the maiden name of my
GGgrandmother (Josephine Rey (Gruffaz) she was married to Antonio Rey from
Massingy. I have listed this request before so thought I'd try again as it's
been awhile.
