You will find the town of St-Mathias today St-Mathias-sur-Richelieu on
Quebec Highway 133 near Chambly along the East shore of the Richelieu
River about 18 km East of Montreal.
The parish name is St-Mathias-de-la-Pointe-à-Olivier and open in 1739.
St-Mathias used to be call Pointe-à-Olivier in 18th century. You won't
find it on your map of Quebec but you should find St-Mathias.
