I am searching for descendants of Giovanni Battista Antonini and Maria
Davico married Turin c1869. Giovanni was born c1842 in Envie south
west of Turin. Maria was born in Turin c1848. They migrated to
Queensland, Australia in 1872 on the Silver Eagle with their 2
daughters Luccia and Mary Teresa. They had 9 more children in
Brisbane, Queensland.
Giovanni had a brother Michele who was a Roman Catholic priest .
Michele also came to Australia on the Silver Eagle. Michele returned
to Italy and was attached to Arch-basilica of St Peter's as a vatican
cleric.
