Soave is the name of a medieval town in Northern Italy. It has a
beautiful walled castle and is noted for the "Soave Bollo" wines which
can be purchased in America. The town is located between Verona and
Vicenza. Further east would be Padova and Venice. After drinking a few
bottles of the towns famous wine, who cares what the name Soave means.
