where did you send for her immigration papers? how do you do that?

If anyone has a way to find a name on a ship passenger list I would greatly
appreciate it. My grandmother, Maria Rose Antona, came here to USA around
1912-1914, and I am trying to find out the name of her ship. She came with
her mother, Cecilia Vitali (Vitale) Antona and brother, Ernesto Antona.
They
arrived at New York and went from there to Memphis, TN. I think she was
around 12 or 14 at the time. I have sent off for her immigration papers but
have had no luck with that either. TIA for your help.
