Hi,
In a baptismal record under profession of one of the witnesses, I came
across a profession that I cannot find the meaning for. I have looked in
lists of Italian occupations and can find nothing close to it. Also, it is
written by hand and not printed and the handwriting can get very eligible.
It could be spelled in any of the following ways: catalbiene,
catalbiene; cafaltiene, cafalbiene; catalbieme, cataltieme; or cafaltieme,
cafalbieme. Does anyone have any idea what profession it could be?
