Her probable name was Giovanna or Giovannina (a nickname for Giovanna,
something like Jenny).

I tried to see the phonebook book in Italy and in Bari there are both
Calderone and Caldarone, which is a variant of the surname. I can't
help you much further as I wasn't able to find any Giovanna Calderone.

Only reference to her was the 1930 census for Nebraska, where I found:

Tony Rodino 39 1890
Jennie Rodino 35 1894
Michael Rodino 15 1914
Mile Rodino 12 1917
Jackmie Rodino 10 1919
Josee Rodino 5 1924
Joseph Rodino 0 1929
Catherine Rodino 9 1920

This census can be viewed further inspected online on
http://www.ancestry.com - One must subscribe to their services though,
and I still haven't, so maybe someone who has may help you :)

Try asking here on the forum.

Ciao,

Fabio
