Italy phone directory at http://www.infobel.com/italy shows the following
listings.

Luzardi - only 23 listed in all of Italy, none in Genova or Parma.
Lusardi - 14 in Genova, 20 in Parma.
Mazza - 130 in Genova, 110 in Parma.

Looks as if you need a little more information in order to search further.
Someone else on the news group may be able to direct you to a place to ask
for vital statistics information in Genova and Parma.
