Rosario is a male name in Italy. Your ancestor was probably named
Rosaria.

Search at the Family History Center. They have births, marriages, banns,
marriage documents, deaths, citizenship records for Fuscaldo from 1809
to 1910. You'll be able to find lots of information regarding your
relatives ;)
