Subject: Origins and variations of name - De Fillemere?

I was wondering if anyone could offer any pointers with the following:
I have several anscestors with variations of the name FILMER ie:
DE FILLMERE
DE FYNEMERE
DE FYNEMORE
FILLMORE
FILLMER

The earliest recorded name I have is De Fillmere around 1250. Any suggestions
on possible earlier variations to look out for?
Also possible origins of the name FILMER?
