Thought I would get in on the fun and post good King Richard's family,
to wit:

Richard was the last Plantagenet King of England (crowned 6 Jul, 1483 in
Westminster Abbey) and was succeeded by his cousin, Henry Tudor. He died
"defending his crown and his kingdom against the forces of Henry Tudor
at the Battle of Bosworth Field in Leicestershire." His grave was
despoiled during the Reformation.

Richard married Anne Neville, dau of Richard "the King maker" Neville &
his wife Anne de Beauchamp, 12 Jul 1472 at Westminster Abbey. She died
16 Mar 1485 at the Palace of Westminster, probably of tuberculosis. She
was buried at Westminster Abbey.

Issue of marriage:

Edward, b. ca Dec, 1473 (perhaps as late as 1476) at Middleham Castle,
Yorkshire. Created Earl of Salisbury 15 Feb, 1478. Became Duke of
Cornwall 26 Jun, 1483. Created Prince of Wales and Earl of Chester, 24
Aug, 1483, invested as such 8 Sep, 1483. Died 9 Apr (?) or 31 Mar (?)
1484 at Middleham Castle, Yorkshire and bur in Sheriff-Hutton Church,
Yorkshire.

Illegitimate issue:
(mothers unknown)

1 John of Gloucster, or of Pontefract, Captain of Calais ca 1470-99.
2 Richard 1469-1550.
3 Katherine 1455?-91. md William Herbert, Earl of Huntingdon
4 Stephen Hawes ?
5 unnamed ?
6 unnamed ?
7 unnamed ?
