I have seen it at the Library of Congress (on the open shelves in the
history/genealogy reading room - whatever its called). They also have
it at the Allen County Public Library (Ft. Wayne) and the Western
Reserve Historical Society (Cleveland), although the latter have not
reinitiated their subscription after the lapse in publication.
