The whole point of this Machell connection is that just because you have
someone of one surname here, and you have someone else there that you'd really
like to connect with, you STILL have to rely on original and primary sources.
If you follow what's in print, you might end up following someone else's
purposeful fraud or wishful thinking.

There is no substitute for original research. Time and again Gary Boyd Roberts
has told me it's his purpose to put the lines out there in books like RB500,
and my purpose to prove or disprove them. I approach things from a different
angle.

I admonish all members of the group to see specific evidence for each
connection. If something is asumed, you have to specifically state it and warn
the reader so that they are made aware.
