That's Right! You start the counting with zero, but the child doesn't reach
1 year of age until the END of year 1. By the same token, you don't reach
2000 years of age (or 200 decades, or 20 centuries, or 2 milleniums) until
the END of year 2000. The first day of the 3rd millenium in January 1,
2001.
