At least a few of the above generations can be documented. Some of their
wills are extant, and have
been published by the Surtees Society. There are also Inquisitions Post
Mortem for some of them.

Robert died on 9 Sept 1517, according to his inquisition post mortem.
Agnes / Anne Clifford was a descendant of Edward III. She married
secondly to Ralph Melford esquire,
and they had at least six children, so she probably lived past 1523.
Through her children from the second marriage, there are present day
descendants in England,
Australia and North America.
