As one of the specialists who did extensive reasearch for this book, I can
tell you any likely English origin was checked carefully and thoroughly.
The alleged connection given in Wurtz is definitely false.

Unfortunately, I have to report that Dean is in intensive care due to a
virus infection in his kidneys and lungs. His death would be an incredible
loss to genealogy, as he was the patron who helped Great Migration and other
projects survive. If you are at all religious, please remember him.
