I'm sure that this would violate the Charter since it would be
tantamount to moderating an unmoderated group. There is a group in
charge of all the "Big Eight" (of which "Soc.*" is one) and they could
and would pull a group that violates it's Charter. I don't know how they
got this power but it appears to be absolute (at least for now).
