NEGHR 122:266-274 (October 1968) is an article by Walter Lee
Sheppard Jr. called "Royal Bye-Blows III: Illegitimate Descendants of
the Scottish Kings to James VI." New research may have been done
since then, but this should get you started. I'm sure someone will
jump in here if there are errors.

King William "the Lion" is listed on pp. 266-267. It says that he had
only one surviving legitimate son, Alexander II, and at least six
bastards, the ones you list above --

Isabella was his by a daughter of Robert AVENAL. She married Robert BRUCE
in 1183; they had no issue. She married Robert de ROS in 1191.

Margaret was his by a daughter of Adam de HYTHUS. She married Eustace
de VESCI.

Ada married Patrick de DUNBAR in 1184.

Aufrica married William de SAY.

Sorry, but there's no additional info on the mothers or spouses.
