So take at least 3000 mg Vitamin C per day in a digestible form with the trace
minerals your body needs to metabolize it. That should fortify your immune system
enough...hopefully. You can always take more. Vitamin C is a water soluble nutrient
so you can't overdose or get a toxic amount from it.
