No. Regnal year 12 for Charles II theoretically and post facto began on
30 Jan 1660 ---- but he did not actually arrive in London and become _de
facto_ King until 29 May 1660. Parliament declared that he had been _de
jure_ King since his Father's death on 30 Jan 1649.
