Yes - Maud's parents unknown. Re the confusion over Amicie, you (Kay

Ancestors of Simon de Montfort, Earl of Leicester'), 715-16. (It can
be useful to keep aware that there are several related -- and
potentially confusing -- Bertrade de Montforts, most notably an
earlier one who is da. of Simon I de Montfort l'Amauri and Agnes
d'Evreux and marries Foulques/Fulk IV d'Anjou.)
