The short answer is that no-one knows the full "facts" or anything
approaching them.

For the ancestry of Eleanor Washington I suggest this is plausible:

1 William de Hertburn alias de Washington, alias FitzPatric = Margaret
2 William de Wessington = Alicia de
Lexington
3 Walter de Wessington (-1264/6) = Joan(or Juliana)
de Ryal alias Whitchester
4 William de Wessington = Margaret de
Morville
5 Walter de Washington (-1322/9) = Dionesia
6 William de Washington (-1367) = Katherine
7 William de Washington (1343-1399) =
Elizabeth/Eleanor
8 Eleanor (Alianor) Washington (-1452) = William
Tempest (-1444)

I do not now feel at all certain about the various suggestions for
William de Hertburn's ancestry.
