Subject: Weighing the circumstantial evidence--Bagley/Tomlinson

To stop wandering around in opinion-land, let's weigh SPECIFIC points, upon
which you are basing the circumstantial case. Ken, please explain your
positions on the following three points:
1) What evidence is there that John Bagley or Edward had anything beyond what
would be expected of a yeoman?
(2) What is remarkable about a 1,000 year lease at this period for lands in the
parish one resided?
(3) What is your estimation of the worth of John Bagley's estate, and on what
basis did you come to this conclusion?
