Was there a nobiliary published by the Pahlavi court in Iran? I understood
that Prince Ghery was marshal of the nobility somewhere, & assumed this to
be Teheran because of many photos of him on gaudy occasions with Reza Shah,
Farah Diba et al. He was also associated with the Aga Khan & especially the
Begum living in Cairo in the 1970s, though I doubt that his title was
bestowed by that family.

But as I said, my memories are vague & I didn't have enough interest in
genealogy in those days to bother asking.
