I found this (source J.R. Planché, The Conqueror and His Companions):

1587847521. Basilia FLATEL. Born circa 1030. Married Raoul DE GACE
(Planché, Conq Companions.); "Hue de Gournay his son the third of the
name, who married Basilia, daughter of Gerrard Flaitel, sister of the
wife of Walter Giffard, 1st Earl of Buckingham, and widow of Raoul de
Gacé." Married Hugh DE GOURNAY (Ibid.).
