PLM: This should not be surprising Bernard, if you give any thought to how
the natives of North and South america came to be here initially. I believe
the prevailing theory is that they came from what is now Russia, into Alaska
and spread out from there but the curious fact that the natives had a higher
degree of civilization further to the south, seems to contradict this
assumption, me thinks:-)
Then there is Ignatius Donnelly's theory that it was populated by refugees
from Atlantis:-)

Yes there is. There are at least three with this name that Zambaur lists
among Juji's descendants
