many thanks - i look forward to PA3 - am enjoying very much PA2.

one very minor niggle that you probably have already found, but just
in case: in PA2, page 283, footnote 1, robert abell is in ordinary
type which should indicate a base descent, but all the previous
such footnotes, and indeed all the succeeding indicate it is not
a base descent but a legitimate one, and hence should be in bold type
instead of ordinary.

ditto, footnote 3, same page.

or am i missing something?
