I need to make clearer that the William de Ferrers of Groby to whom
my previous posting refers is Sir William b.c. 1240, d. bef. 24 Jan
1298/9, the father of the Sir William, 1st Lord of Groby, discussed
first under this header. My apologies if this has caused any
confusion!
