This subject was discussed ad nauseum a few months ago. Since it was
Ken who brought up my name, I will answer your question, but only very
briefly. The article contained some of my material paraphrased
(without attribution) and some quoted verbatim (with attribution), all
without my permission. More details than you would ever care to know
can be found in the archives.
