Susan? Please tell us more about this "Susan", and identify the
"contemporary correspondense" to which you are referring. (Or did you
accidently type the wrong name?)

Have I missed a posting somewhere that quoted more of the above
source? There is certainly nothing in the above quote that has been
disproven by any contemporary evidence that I have seen.
