Under Walter II Giffard in the new _Domesday Descendants_, p. 995. It
identifies his wife as Agnes de Ribemont, "sister of the Crusader hero
Anselm de Ribemont."

Agnes merits her own entry (p. 662) where is states "Daughter of Anselm
de Ribemont, who was killed at Antioch during the first Crusade."

Were there two Anselms, father and son who served in the first Crusade,
or is this a mistaken placement and which is correct?

Thanks,

Henry Sutliff
