Doubt it--Becx, Frost, Foley, Pococke, and Greenhill were all in
England, and Mr. Gifford of New Haven was not the same man as Mr.
Gifford of Lynn and Boston, I believe. But you still might want to
check Edward N. Hartley's _Ironworks on the Saugus_ for a short
biographical sketch of Gualter Frost. He was a minor government
official during the Interregnum, I think.
