since the de la Mare family also feature in the Donash Charters, it might be
worthwhile to double check that they do not occur in the charter which
contains the supposed Roger de Akeny seal.
I am not posting this for my benefit (I am aware of the connections between
the de Akeny and de la Mare families, as per my recent post on the de la
Mare), but thought you might like to consider a possible error in your
script. I presume that was the reason, at least in part, for your post.
Unfortunately, my sources are usually restricted to what I have here at home
and I do not have a copy of the Donash Charters.
