I think the usual claim is that a daughter of Canute, not Harold, was buried
at Bosham, although this Channel 4 web page says even that's not now thought
to be the case:

I see there's more talk of Y chromosomes in press reports this morning,
though none of the ones I've seen gives any further hint about what
male-line descent from Harold is claimed. Apparently the consistory court
will give a decision at a later date on the application to exhume the
remains.
