Absolutely!
If there is a market for an English translation of his work,
there should be publishers willing to invest in such a
translation and publication.
If it is a success in French, it is likely to be even more
of a success in English translation.
In any case, I would expect such a work to be 90% names and
links and a small challenge even for those
franco-linguistically challenged!
