Bulceleia is quite clearly Bulc(k)eley, as -eia was the standard Latin
ending when Latinizing an English word ending in -ey. Compare
Littleneia for Littleney in the charter of confirmation of Edward the
Confessor to Giso Bishop of Bath and Wells.
