There's surely no sense in disagreeing with _everything_ I say just to
be contrary. If Roberts wrote that the youngest children of Tobias
were baptized at Great Yarmouth between 1583 and 1598, and the
Visitation dates from 1613 (as it certainly must), then none of your
objections are valid.
