Well, thanks, ... but I don't suppose I "have" to do anything.
One is permitted to try to work things out for oneself, if articles
promised for 10 - 20 years never materialize.
On the other hand, _you_ ought to stop ripping off other folk's
findings in your published articles. Or at least apologize properly
and sincerely without blaming the editor when there's no other way to
get out of it.
