Gilligan-inathar O'Mee of Tebtha slew Hugo de Lacy Lord of Meath in AD 1186.
A manuscript which narrates the founders of Lanthony Abbey, Gloucestershire names Hugo as a son of Gilbert adding that he died childless.
However, the Chronicle of Tintern Abbey, Monmouthshire which records that Hugo de Lacy had a son Walter.
This Walter de Lacy married Margaret, daughter of William de Braose, 7th Baron Abergavenney.
