the answer, of course, is that the Christiana Grahame was not daughter of
Garthmore and his wife Elizabeth Graham of Airth, herself daughter of Lord
Kinpoint

this is one of those untrue filiations.
The Christiana (and her Drummond husband) seem to have been of clearly lower
social and wealth class than the noble Earls of Airth....
this is just one of those concoctions gullible people have taken from badly
researched material, and use as royal gateway.
a few years ago, here in sgm was a long discussion about how baseless and
incredible this alleged filiation was

couple, then her descendants would have a claim to the royal throne of
Scotland, on basis of David, earl of Caithness and Strathearn, eldest son of
Robert II's second, legitimate marriage
