FWIW, I checked my copy of the Charles Ross biography of Edward IV, and he says that Edward slipped over to Grafton and married the Lady Elizabeth Grey, nee Woodvile/Wydeville, on "May Morning" (i.e., May Day). He also states that Edward returned secretly to Grafton very early in each of the next three mornings in order to be with his new bride, and he cites Fabyan's Chronicles in a footnote placed at the end of the entire paragraph.

I hope this helps.
