Subject: CENSUS INFORMATION

I am interested in obtaining 1861 and 1871 census records from
Devonshire, Somerset and Worcestershire in England as well as Ontario in
Canada. My main problem is one of location. I am in Southern Africa and
the records are in other countries.

My question is whether I can access these in any way?
