They can get all the answers they want on the FTM list. This is a
query/question/help list for people using FTM and that site. It is
monitored by their tech support. I have asked questions on this list
several times and have always received an answer from their tech support
and other listers in less than an hour or so. It's a neat list and is
free. Here is the address and information to subscribe.

To subscribe to the FTMTECH-L mailing list send a message to
with only the word 'subscribe' (in
lower-case without the quotation marks) in the body of the message.
This will subscribe you in the Digest mode where you will receive a
message about once a day with all of the posts individuals have made
to FTMTECH-L.
