The "Alt Keyboard" symbols are made by holding down the Alt key and at the
same time typing the required numbers on the keyboard key pad (not the numbers
above the letters on the main area of your keyboard.

Degrees is Alt plus 167
The cents sign is Alt plus 155

Here is the map I have to some of the symbols. Thought maybe others on the
list would like this info, so I am also posting to the list.
