Subject: Help !! Lost my bookmarks & Websites I've visited

I understand that this is not genealogy related but, I need some help in
restoring my bookmarks that were out on my list. I am using Netscape
Communicator 4.05. I was using it yesterday and when I went to bookmarks
they were empty.
Are they hidden? How can they be restored? I know netscape writes a
history file.
Is this about the only way I can restore them?
