I have a recipe for "Savoy Cabbage and Onion Cake with Bacon"
(Wirsing-Zwiebelkuchen mit Speck). It seems more like a flatbread/pizza type
thing rather than a cake. The recipe is fairly long, so let me know if this
sounds familiar and I'll email it to you. (It's from _The New German
Cookbook_ by Jean Anderson & Hedy Wurz p. 248)
