I have a question,
I know that FAMILY TREE MAKER is a good program and it is the leading brand
sold but what makes it the best? Is it because of performance or is it because
of more advertising by the media and by word of mouth? I use Kith and Kin and
it does everything that family tree maker does so far as I can see but in
reading the comparisons on all brands THE MASTER GENEALOGIST looks like it
might be even better. It looks like the gold version will do just about
anything a person could want. I know that some people think the CD's that are
available through FTM are the greatest thing since the invention of food but I
have only found one line of my family on them and it was all wrong. If I had
not known the information personally I would not have known the difference.
They had my grandmother (who I was very close to) as a male named Bill. Her
name was Salina Bell. They gave her a different Birthday and gave her real
birthday to Susy who never existed. So I don't trust them. I am very
interested in THE MASTER GENEALOGIST so I would appreciate any information or
answers to these questions.
